While not directly related to the Xbox 360, I feel this news is something that people need to be aware of.

In the latest issue of EGM, Dan Hsu has named three companies that have banned EGM from further covering their products. The companies are: Ubisoft, Sony’s sports game division and Midway’s Mortal Kombat team. What problem did these companies have with EGM? Apparently they didn’t like the low scores EGM has given some of their games. This is a pretty gutsy move by Dan, especially given some recent events, and I say kudos to him. Someone needs to make sure game publishers know their place and Hsu is saying it loud and clear. Hit the link for the details.
