Yeah, it took a minute to come up with that clever title. Well worth the time.

A Turok demo has finally landed on the North America Xbox LIVE today. The demo was previously available in pretty much every locale around the globe but ours. Now we know how the rest of the world feels most of the time.

I hope this doesn't turn out like Turok: Evolution. That was horrible, but you wouldn't know it from a demo. I'll have to take a peek at the new Turok, although I have low expectations. That's not a bad thing, as it usually leads to pleasant surprises. It's going to have to do incredibly well in the multiplayer department, with so many great online games already out and on on the near horizon.
  • My buddy says the game is pretty sweet. Since he reserved it a while back you get the demo and a T-Shirt. I'm downloading it right now, so I guess we'll see how it turns out!

Looks really interesting. I'll try it out. Please do not suck.

    I can dream can't I?

Oh well. If it holds up to past Turok games it should still be a good time.
  • Sorry, I'm pretty sure there's no T-Rex multiplayer mode.

    Woo hoo!!

Oh please let there be a multiplayer mode where you can be the T-Rex in the finished game!
