Another week, another set of deals in the Sunday Ads. CheapyD has posted his picks for the best of the best. Not a whole lot this week. Here are some “highlights”:

NFL Tour + $10 Gift Card – $40 at Circuit City
Also, Circuit City is having a giant clearance sale with a ton of games for $9/each. Here’s the list on the CAG Forums (reg required).

Xbox Live Arcade Unplugged $7

January 2nd, 2008

Amazon just dropped the price of Xbox Live Arcade Unplugged to $7 with free shipping on orders of $25 or more. A good way to pad your order if you need to hit $25. The disc comes with Geometry Wars, Bejeweled 2 Deluxe, Wik – Fable of Souls, Hardwood Backgammon and Outpost Kaloki X.

Xbox Live Gold 12 month Subscription $30

January 1st, 2008

Check out Bens Bargain’s for a link and a coupon code to get a 12 Month Xbox Live Gold Subscription for $30. Guess I might as well renew mine now with a price like that. PCMicroStore’s website seems be having issues at the moment, but hopefully you can get in on this deal once the site is functioning again.

Need for Speed: ProStreet $37

December 29th, 2007

Amazon is currently selling Need for Speed: ProStreet for $37, which is $23 off the regular price. Seems like a pretty decent price for a fairly new release. The game hasn’t received a lot of praise and the Metacritic scores range from 50 to 94 with an average of 73. But, if six different sources gave it a 90 or higher, it’s probably worth checking out. If you’re still not convinced it’s worth your hard earned cash, you could always check out the demo on Xbox Live. I actually enjoyed it, myself.

Note: I also noticed this is in Target’s weekly ad along with Call of Duty 4 and Madden 08 ($37/each), which I posted about previously. Target’s weekly deals end today, so if you’re interested in any of these games, better head out and pick them up.
