Xbox LIVE Rock Your Party Play & Win

In Major Nelson’s daily post of DLC today, he informs us of a new Xbox Live promotion. In the Xbox Live Rock Your Party Play & Win Sweepstakes you can win some great prizes, like an Elite Xbox 360 and an LG 50″ 1080p TV.

There are two ways to enter to sweepstakes:
1: Register here on Xbox.com
2: Download the free Guitar Hero 3 gamerpic that available on Xbox Live Marketplace

Once you are entered, simply play Guitar Hero 3 multiplayer on Xbox Live. The more you play, the better your chances are of winning. Even if you don’t win, at least you got a free gamerpic. Hit the link for all the details and rules from Xbox.com.

Help Us Give Away an Xbox 360 Console

The guys over at Gamerscore Blog are giving away an Xbox 360 Console (signed by Incubus) to be given away. Make sense? No? OK, they’re holding a contest and the winning website will get an Xbox 360 Console. The winning website then gets to give that console away on their own website. A little more clear now? Great!

To enter, we need to submit a photo of someone giving the very best “I want to give away a console” face possible. We only have a week left to enter, so we need as much help as possible. Give us your best ideas or photos. We’ve setup a forum thread where you can post your suggestions and photos.

Free Xbox Live 48-hour Trial Codes

Tropicana is sponsoring (and apparently has been sponsoring since June) a sweepstakes in which you could instantly win a trip to Xbox Headquarters. You simply need to visit keepingittwisted.com, register and fill in a couple boxes. You’ll be notified instantly if you’re a winner.

If you aren’t a winner, and you most likely will not be, you’ll receive a free 48-hour trial code for Xbox Live. You are eligible to try again every 24 hours, and if you aren’t a winner again, they will give you another 48-hour code. You can continue doing this until the promotion ends on February 29th.

By my calculations, you have 50 days between now and the end of the contest. If you take a minute to do this every day, you’ll have 100 days of Xbox Live Gold for free. I’m just saying…
