Virtua Fighter 5 Update Brings A Slew Of New Features

Xbox 360 Fanboy brings news of an announcement from Sega that Virtua Fighter 5 is getting an update. What does this update contain, you might ask? The biggest new feature is the ability to save replays of online matches. Other features include texture fixes, one additional new item per character, gamer pictures showing in online battles, and a few tweaks to the costume system.

This is an automatic download, so no extra effort is required for those of you who have a burning desire to get your Akira on.

Virtua Fighter 5 – $40

virtuafighter51.jpgAmazon.com is selling Virtua Fighter 5 at a $20 discount off the regular $60 price. I haven’t played the game myself, but it currently has a very high average of 89 over on metacritic.com The 360 version of this game features online multiplayer, which does not exists in the PS3 version.
